After studying, you’ll apply to your state insurance regulator—there may be additional steps like background checks or fingerprinting depending on your location.

 You’ll have multiple support sources: from your regional manager or mentor, from leadership, and from peer colleagues. We also provide access to a robust training portal with videos, documents, and a virtual learning platform. Regular training sessions occur Monday through Thursday each week.

Yes. If you’re interested in leading a team or opening your own agency, we offer structured training and support to help you develop into an agency manager. We believe in growing leaders internally.

Agents with Berger Agency are independent contractors (1099). You run your own business under the Berger Agency framework but are in control of your schedule, marketing efforts, and client relationships.
